We are seeking a flexible Fractional Finance Director to join a growing green energy business with an innovative model that reduces carbon emissions. The company is currently seeking finance for a new project from private equity or debt firms and may also require support with working capital management.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the financial strategy, potentially at group level, encompassing both the UK-based group and international subsidiaries. Strong leadership skills and a solid background in finance are essential for success in this position.
Experience within the energy sector would be advantageous.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in finance, including knowledge of funding options and asset valuation
- Strong communication skills (both in-person and online)
- Ability to engage effectively with the board, investors and other stakeholders
- Understanding of corporate strategy and ESG principles
- Relevant qualifications
Remuneration: dependent on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
Base: East of England / remote.
