Companies Act 2006

An Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, whose implementation was completed on 1 October 2009. It provides a comprehensive code of UK company law. One of its many changes to the previous law: the emphasis is no longer on corporate benefit, it is on corporate social responsibility.
